do not rerun the exploit on cfw. to upgrade the hdd, insert the hdd into the hdd bay and turn on the system. it should say something about needing to reinstall to firmware (this refers to the cfw that's already on the system, in this case rebug). reinstall the firmware that you're on and you're done. it will format the drive accordingly.
