Newschedule calls for the belt to be checked at each oil change and replaced when needed or 150k. Spark plug interval has changed too. Dealers are following the new schedule for that also. It is the recommended interval on page 210 of the 2021 Alfa Romeo Stelvio owners manual as downloaded from the Alfa Romeo site

I called and made an appointment with the local Alfa dealer who told me the service would cost $240.00.

Iseemed to have stumped folks over on the Stelvio forum so thought I'd try here. I have a 2022 Stelvio quad. I did an oil change and used AlfaOBD to reset the service interval and also do the "oil change" procedure under the ECU. I've since driven the car 50 miles, but the oil life parameters under the ECU all still show 0.
